The mountain pastures of the region Nauders - Tiroler Oberland - Kaunertal are a piece of cultural goods.
The traditional alp-cultivation brings regional delicacies which have to be tasted! Fresh alp-products were combined with specialities from own agriculture. The tyrolean plain fare tastes nowhere better than at the sun terrace or at the snuggery of the alp - fresh mountain air and awesome visions inclusive.
The new alp-shuttle gives the possibility to everyone to be part of the alp-live and alp-culinary during the summer days. From mid-june to mid-september the small bus goes weekly to different alps of the region - from the Kaunertal to Ried-Prutz-Pfunds to Nauders for a minor service charge.

The Labaunalm
At the cow-alp Labaunalm at 1977 meters a gorgeous scenery awaits you. The alp is the perfect starting point for many hiking tours: Nauderer Höhenweg to Bergkastel number 30, hiking tour to the Fluchtwand 2328 meters or the hiking tour to the Schmalzkopf number 14. Alternative it is possible to get out of the shuttle at the Parditschhof to take the hiking trail number 14 to the Labaunalm by foot. Another highlight there is the Edelweißsteig via hiking trail number 16.
Tip: The Edelweißsteig and the Edelweißwiesen are the highlights of the surroundings.
Meeting place: every Tuesday & Thursday to the Labaunalm at 10:00 a.m. in front of the Info Office Nauders
Return journey: 3.30 pm, Labaunalm
Kosten: with Summercard instead of € 15,00 for only € 10,00 per person per trip (outward or return trip); (payment directly on site at the Info Office Nauders).
Children up to 15 years € 7,- instead of € 10,-.
Combined price € 18,- for adults, € 12,- for children
Number of participants: Minimum 4 persons, maximum 20 persons
