Joint ride with SPORTCOACH Rubi in Nauders

You are on the Dreiländergiro weekend on site in Nauders? Then cycle with us for a leisurely round, get valuable tips for your training from the pros and enjoy the convivial round with your fellow competitors. The ride will be led by certified SPORTCOACH Daniel Rubisoir.
During the ride you will have the opportunity to talk to SPORTCOACH Rubi, to ask general questions about training, or to get one or the other tip for your Global Dreiländergiro. But most of all you should have a good time and enjoy the social round.
The course of events:
- Meeting point: directly at the bus stop "Nauders Mühle" in the actual start/finish area of the Dreiländergiro. The meeting point is also marked and can be recognized by the sign "Treffpunkt Girodays". There you will get a short introduction from Rubi and then you will start.
- Tempo: The tempo is adapted to the group. However, since the target pace is in the more relaxed range anyway, experience has shown that this results in a very homogeneous group.
- Duration: approx. 3 hours
- Costs: The ride is absolutely free of charge - for you as well as for your companions. Costs for catering are not included.

Daniel Rubisoier, 2-time Dreiländergiro winner and 4-time RATA winner, active in competitive sports for more than 25 years, has been passing on his knowledge and experience to athletes as a trainer since 2009. His motto: "Only those who burn for the sport themselves can cheer others on!"
