Nauders
After the successful first edition of the "Food Vibration" event last summer, Nauders is now organising the winter edition.
In collaboration with a talented team of restaurateurs from the village and the ski resort gastronomy, local products and specialities will be offered at the festival area in front of the Bergkastel panorama restaurant.
Culinary highlights on the piste
Warming rays of sunshine, cool sounds and delicious delicacies: this is the concept of the 1st "Food Vibration Slope Food Festival". Just like at the premiere in summer, local restaurateurs will provide regional delicacies on the slopes in collaboration with the ski resort catering. Winter sports enthusiasts will have the opportunity to sample the best dishes right on the piste at the festival site in front of the Bergkastel panorama restaurant from 10:00 to 15:00, accompanied by live music.
In addition to unusual main courses such as Nauderer Rotwurstgröstl with coleslaw, regional game hot dogs and pulled pork bubble waffles, there are also numerous desserts such as cranberry dumplings with vanilla foam and pasteis de nata to choose from. Delicious vegetarian options are also on offer to ensure that there is something for everyone.
The Nauderer establishments such as the Bergkastel, s'Kammerli, Ibex Musikbar and Niklas Restaurant, the Hotels Post, Bergblick, Neue Burg, Central and Collina as well as Macho's Bar, Gasthof zum goldenen Löwen, Almhof, Hermannshof, Beckahof, Stiegl Bier-Brauerei and Unterhofer winery will be catering for your physical well-being.
Musical programme
The interplay of regional cuisine and musical entertainment has already proven to be an ideal combination for locals, guests and participants in summer 2023. The sounds of the two DJs Awol and Cedric Scheibel as well as the live performance by saxophonist "Saintro P Sax up" and percussionist Julien round off the "Food Vibration Slope Food Festival".
